Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mary J Fourie and The Cosmos, I am committed to delivering high-quality, transformational experiences. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as well as make sure to read any individual Coaching, Immersion or other Agreement sent to you for signature before commencement of your programme.

Events
​
All event bookings are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
​
If you are unable to attend a booked event, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying me at least 48 hours before the event date. Please email admin@maryjfourie.com with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
​
If an event is cancelled by Mary J Fourie, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event of equivalent value.

Individual Coaching Sessions
​
Single sessions paid in advance are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
​
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited without refund.
​
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled once without penalty. Subsequent rescheduling requests will be considered at my discretion.

I understand that life happens. If you are experiencing exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or a family emergency, please reach out to me personally. I will always do my best to find a compassionate and fair solution within the bounds of this policy.

In the event that I need to cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time at no additional cost.
​
Group Coaching Programs — The Initiation and The Immersion
​
Your place in a group programme is reserved exclusively for you. Due to the nature of these containers — limited spaces, significant preparation, and curriculum development — the following policy applies:
​
A non-refundable deposit of is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
​
* If you cancel within 14 days of your programme start date, no refund will be issued for any payments made beyond the deposit.
* If you cancel more than 30 days before your programme start date, the balance paid beyond your deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of 15%.
* If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your programme start date, 50% of the balance paid beyond your deposit will be refunded.

Participants who choose to discontinue a programme once it has begun will not be entitled to a refund for remaining sessions or content.
​
If Mary J Fourie needs to cancel or significantly alter a programme, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer to a future programme of equivalent value.

Online Courses — Soul Sparks
​
Due to the digital nature of online course content, all sales are final once access has been granted.
​
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact admin@maryjfourie.com within 7 days of purchase and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
​
If a course is found to be significantly different from its description, please contact me within 7 days of purchase to discuss your concern. Refund requests on this basis will be considered at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund
​
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@maryjfourie.com with your full name, proof of payment and reason for your request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Mary J Fourie reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be published on the website, or be as per your individual Programme Agreement.
