Every Cuddle Puddle Club begins in circle where we talk through the Cuddle Puddle Club Agreements. In addition to the Cuddle Puddle Club Manifesto, these form the foundation of how we agree to show up and respect and treat each other so that we can co-create as much safety for everyone present as possible.

In the interview with Lester Kiewit on Cape Talk Radio we talked about what Cuddle Puddle Club is, and perhaps more importantly, what it isn't. We talked about why touch matters, what happens to our nervous systems when we receive genuine platonic connection, and why creating intentional spaces for this kind of nourishment is increasingly necessary. We also talked about some of the feedback from our first public gathering.
